Client obtains relief through VAWA

We are thrilled to announce that after three years of fighting for our client, two requests for more evidence, and an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office, our deserving client has been granted status under VAWA! Obtaining relief through VAWA, a law granting relief to immigrants who have suffered domestic violence and abuse, will allow our client to obtain her "green card" and finally find security and stability in the United States. At Masferrer & Associates, we never stop fighting for our clients, no matter how long it takes.
